Alchemist is India’s pioneer in the management of totally Integrated Poultry Farming. Our integrated poultry operations cover the complete chicken production chain, which ranges from our own Automated Feed Mill, Breeder Farms, Day – Old Chick Hatchery, Environment Controlled broiler farms, HACCP Certified Primary and Secondary Processing facilities. Our Processing plant in Banmajra, Punjab, is first in India. And today we supply all the major consumers, Modern trade and various HORECA customers apart from serving through over 80 of our ROC outlets in 6 different states.

Alchemist has developed a world-class, fully vertically integrated poultry processing operation and it makes sure that each ROC chicken is hygienic, safe from any disease and free from any contamination. We have state-of-the-art, HACCP & ISO 9001:2008 certified primary processing plant where our own bred birds are properly handled, humanely slaughtered & are used in our further processed products.

Our chicken processing plant is a leader in the meat processing industry in India as it completely automates the entire process and ensures best global standards, impeccable hygiene and a dedication to maintaining the utmost quality. We are guided by the highest ethical standards and our aim is to be the leading chicken company in India.

Alchemist's chicken processing facility was established in year 2004 with a capital investment of Rs. 125 crores.

The Alchemist integration comprises of every aspect of the process including a hatchery, environmentally controlled growing farms, a state-of-the-art poultry processing plant with equipment from Meyn of Holland for slaughtering, and a fully automated further processing facility for ready-to-eat poultry products. The processing facility has an integrated refrigeration system from York, with an in-house frozen storage capacity of more than 500 tons.

Today, Alchemist is one of the largest processors of chicken in India. Our plants produce whole birds, eggs, chicken cuts, boneless breasts, boneless leg meat, sausages and other cold cuts, ready to eat delicacies, and a variety of other fare.
